Bybloscale LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates PawReport, a platform for pet care facilities to send daily report cards and collect reviews. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our Service.

This policy applies to two categories of individuals:

• Facility Users — staff and owners of pet care facilities who use PawReport
• Pet Owners — individuals who receive report cards and review requests via SMS

2. Information We Collect

3. How We Use Your Information

• Providing and operating the PawReport service
• Sending report card SMS messages to pet owners on behalf of facilities
• Sending review request messages to pet owners on behalf of facilities
• Processing subscription payments
• Displaying facility analytics and dashboard metrics
• Improving the Service and developing new features
• Communicating service updates and support

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate PawReport:

5. SMS Messaging Policy

PawReport sends SMS messages to pet owners on behalf of pet care facilities. Key details:

• Consent: Pet owners provide their phone numbers to the facility at enrollment, consenting to receive pet care updates
• Frequency: Typically 1–5 messages per week, depending on facility usage
• Opt-out: Pet owners can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages
• Help: Pet owners can reply HELP for support information
• Carrier fees: Standard message and data rates may apply

We do not use phone numbers for marketing or share them with parties other than our SMS delivery provider (Twilio).

6. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored securely using Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with the following measures:

• Encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
• Row-Level Security policies on database tables
• Passwords hashed using industry-standard algorithms (managed by Supabase Auth)
• Photos stored in access-controlled cloud storage buckets
• Environment secrets stored securely and never exposed to clients

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon account deletion:

• Facility and staff account data is deleted within 30 days
• Dog profiles and report card data are deleted within 30 days
• Uploaded photos are removed from storage within 30 days
• We may retain anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes
• Data required for legal compliance may be retained as required by law

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
• Export your data in a portable format
• Opt out of SMS communications at any time
• Withdraw consent for data processing

9. Children's Privacy

PawReport is not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

10. California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what data we collect, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. 11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice within the Service. Continued use of PawReport after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
